“Max-K” in Munich

With “max K”, a versatile, modern residential complex is being built in the center of Perlach in conjunction with the pedestrian zone Maximilian-Kolbe-Allee. The turnkey project envisions the revitalization of the existing building and the addition of 2 or 3 more floors to a total of 6 floors. The increase is executed using a particularly sustainable and environmentally friendly wooden construction in accordance with the KfW55 standard.

The property consists of a total of 77 residential units (43 of which were newly created due to the addition), which are completed by 10 commercial units on the ground floor and an underground car park with 56 individual parking spaces (existing).
