No building-consumption!

Despite various design proposals to redevelop the site, the decision was made to renovate the existing building. The structure was renovated as a KfW energy efficiency house (KfW 55). This created more affordable housing for the existing tenants (some since 1972), as well as the “Landshuter Netzwerk e. V.” with a long-term tenant for the other half of the house.
